'Seasons': A Story of Succession on a New Jersey Farm

An immigrant from North Korea, Nevia No runs Bodhitree Farm, a small farm in New Jersey, only two hours outside New York City. Nevia's vegetables supply some of the city's best chefs.

Published with The New Yorker, Seasons, a documentary produced by 2022 Columbia University Reporting Fellows Gabriella Canal and Michael Fearon, introduces us to Nevia, an ambitious farmer, musician, and dancer.
