Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson is the Mexico City bureau chief of McClatchy Newspapers and a longtime international correspondent. His previous postings include Beijing; Washington; Bogota, Colombia and Lima, Peru. He is the author of "Tragedy in Crimson: How the Dalai Lama Conquered the World but Lost the Battle with China," (Nation Books, 2011).
