Patricia Clarembaux is a Venezuelan journalist based in Houston. Currently working as a national news reporter at the Univision News Digital team covering breaking news and stories on immigration and politics in the U.S. and Latin America.
She was part of the team that received the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights journalism awards, PDN Photo Annual and Ortega & Gasset awards for an investigation of the cruise industry.
Clarembaux is the author of two non-fiction books, one of them about Venezuelan jails. She has been invited as a speaker for Hispanicize Miami. She is passionate about multi-platform storytelling, human rights and violence, health and gender issues, and immigration policy.
