Jennifer Gonzalez is a documentary filmmaker and photojournalist currently based in Los Angeles. She received her Master of Science degree in Digital Documentary in May 2015 from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, and before that her Bachelor of Science degree in Photojournalism in December 2012. Jennifer's previous fellowship with the Pulitzer Center "Nepal: Water Rights on the Koshi River" earned multiple awards from the Illinois Press Photographers Association. Jennifer likes telling and sharing stories, regardless of the content including environmental, cultural and community stories. In addition to her primary commitment to documentary photography and visual story telling, she also enjoys working as a still photographer and film editor.
