Brett Marsh

Brett Marsh is a multimedia journalist and photographer from California. He is a 2021 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. Brett has reported from Latin America to the Middle East on the social-economic, design, and environmental challenges facing our rapidly urbanizing world. He has been featured in the global energy policy podcast "The Big Fix," and his work has been published in local and national outlets from The Oaklandside to The New York Times. His most recent reporting on transit mobility and social change in the informal settlements of Bogota, Colombia, won the 2021 student portfolio award from the Online News Association.
