Tracey Eaton shares the story of a mother, Yarisley Rivero, whose husband, Yoandri has left to find work in America. She must raise the heartbroken children alone while they wait for Yoandri to bring them to America.

Yarisley talks about Cuba's current state of affairs and about the many people who wish to leave—or already have left. Even those who want to stay in Cuba still look elsewhere to live so they can support their families.

This is part of Eaton's ongoing project, "Cuban Youth: A New Dawn?" about the new relationship between Cuba and America as viewed through the eyes of Cuba's 20-somethings.
