The village of Bobi, not far from the town of Séguéla, in the Worodougou region was formerly a stronghold of artisanal diamond mining. The degraded land has been transformed into vast forestry and fish farming operations thanks to a structuring ecological and community rehabilitation project. The initiative includes a dam, irrigation systems, agro-pastoral training, and supervision for local communities.
