This project explores how a newly-formed network of community activists and faith leaders re-evaluate food rescue and the impact on food access in Detroit, Michigan.

These individuals use their networks to make scrap food into plentiful meals, in attempts to mitigate food waste. In their work, faith leaders across religions explore what it means to be hungry and what it means to be full in Detroit and elsewhere.
