MuckRock Foundation, a leading transparency and journalism services nonprofit, proposes to work as data partner to three diverse, regional, and legacy newsrooms in Chicago. By building on already-collected and processed data sets that showcase the impact of COVID-19 on a block-by-block level, this project will help Chicago newsrooms identify how the city's government leadership failed ethnic and diverse communities.
