By exploring land seizures for a border fence in the Rio Grande Valley, students will learn about federal and state eminent domain policy and share that information with the local community.
Students explore the process, purpose, and impact of investigative journalism in order to create a resource that clearly and engagingly conveys information about the Paradise Papers.
Students examine the anatomy of offshore activities revealed in the Paradise Papers to evaluate their impact on various actors and consider what steps should be taken as a result of the investigation.
