Nikhil Mandalaparthy is a master's student at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. His writing on South Asian history, politics, and religion has appeared in Scroll, The Diplomat, Dawn, and elsewhere. In June 2019, he completed his BA with honors from the University of Chicago in Public Policy Studies.
Nikhil has worked and conducted research at the World Bank, the Stimson Center, and the University of Washington. He serves on the executive board of Sadhana: Coalition of Progressive Hindus, and is an alumnus of South Asian Americans Leading Together's Young Leaders Institute. He plans to pursue a career focused on international development and human rights in South Asia and beyond.
