Michelle Ferng

REPORTING FELLOW

Michelle Ferng, a 2014 Pulitzer Center Global Health Reporting Fellow, is a Taiwanese-Canadian photojournalist and public health practitioner. She has covered and worked on issues in global health, human rights, and legal reform in Liberia, Ethiopia, Argentina, Brazil, and Sri Lanka. Her work has been commissioned and featured by organizations including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), International Bridges to Justice, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, where she was named the 2012 Global Health Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
