Le Quynh worked as a full-time journalist for 15 years with leading Asian media outlets, including Tuổi Trẻ, Sài Gòn Tiếp Thị, VietNamNet, and Người Đô Thị.

Since November 2019, she has worked as an independent journalist for many well-known mainstream media companies, such as Forbes Vietnam, and Saigon Economics Times.

Her reports, op-eds, and in-depth interviews focus on Vietnamese socio-economic issues with an environmental angle, including, but not limited to, urban development in Ho Chi Minh City and sustainable development and climate change in the Mekong Delta.

She has also participated in dozens of training courses and conferences on data journalism, environmental issues, climate change, and sustainable development of the Mekong countries, especially Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand.

Her reports and op-eds have helped the public understand controversial urban development projects that were not publicly discussed in the mainstream media, resulting in some changes in environmental policy. Her articles have contributed to positive changes in Vietnam’s policymaking process.
