Katie Delk

Katie Delk is a May 2023 graduate of the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications, with a minor in anthropology and expertise in agriculture and botany. She is an environmental reporter at TC Palm, a digital news site covering Florida's Treasure Coast region.
As a 2022-23 Climate Institute fellow, she reported on how farm families across Florida are responding to the devastating losses caused by climate change—and how they are adapting.
Her stories on climate solutions, state legislation, public safety, and culture have appeared on WUFT News and in The Gainesville Sun, Atrium magazine, and The Independent Florida Alligator.
