Jenna Kunze

Jenna Kunze is a staff reporter at Native News Online, where she covers stories impacting Indigenous people across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, she reported in Alaska for two years, with a broad focus on climate change, Indigenous people, and violence against Native women. Her previous Pulitzer Center supported reporting took her to the Alaskan Arctic to tell the story of Iñupiat adaptability and resilience in the face of an ever-changing environment. That collaborative work won an inaugural 2021 Covering Climate Now Journalism Award, presented by Columbia Journalism Review and NBC's Al Roker.
