Jenna Kunze

Jenna Kunze is a staff reporter at Native News Online, where she covers stories impacting Indigenous people across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, she reported in Alaska for two years, with a broad focus on climate change, Indigenous people, and violence against Native women. Her previous Pulitzer Center-supported reporting took her to the Alaskan Arctic to tell the story of Iñupiat adaptability and resilience in the face of an ever-changing environment. That collaborative work won an inaugural 2021 Covering Climate Now Journalism Award, presented by Columbia Journalism Review and NBC's Al Roker.
