Jasmine Geonzon is a senior at William & Mary studying sociology and American studies. On campus, she is a member of WMTV, Gamma Phi Beta, and works as Public Relations Director for The Collective, a sociology journal. Geonzon also has worked at the nonprofit Public Citizen. She now interns for Showtime’s Desus & Mero as well as William & Mary’s University Communications. Her passions include social justice, late-night television, and writing, which she hopes to combine after graduation. As a Hampton Roads, Virginia, native, Geonzon's love for where she grew up inspired her to write about Norfolk and its changing appearance.
