Caitlin L. Chandler

Caitlin L. Chandler is a writer based in Berlin. She is the recipient of a Robert B. Silvers grant, an International Women’s Media Foundation fellowship, and an Investigative Journalism for Europe cross-border grant (as part of a team).
Chandler's work has appeared in The New York Review of Books, The Washington Post Magazine, Harper's magazine, The Guardian, the Columbia Journalism Review, The Dial, and Guernica, among other outlets.
A former editor for the website Africa Is a Country, she teaches journalism and media studies at the Council on International Education Exchange in Berlin.
