Benji Jones

Benji Jones is an environmental journalist and photographer based in New York. He has been at Vox for over three years, working as a correspondent covering biodiversity and climate change.
Before joining Vox, Jones covered the energy industry at Business Insider. His work appears in National Geographic, Smithsonian, Popular Science, and other outlets. Jones has a master's degree in ecology and evolution from Stanford University, and prior to journalism, he worked at the World Resources Institute as a researcher for the forest monitoring platform Global Forest Watch.
