Stella Singer
GUEST CONTRIBUTOR
Stella Singer is a student at the University of California, Berkeley, studying conservation resource studies, journalism, and geography. She is leading a sponsored research project on flooding policy and equity in California’s Central Valley in collaboration with the unincorporated community of Allensworth.
Her fascination with the Valley extends into her work writing for the Perennial, Berkeley’s undergraduate environmental journal, where she’s written stories on drinking water and environmental justice.
While at Berkeley, she founded and ran OddYard, a student-run and independently funded outlet covering urban planning, architecture, and the environment.
