Andre Pineda

Andre Pineda is a dedicated STEM educator and special education professional with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching. With a background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, he brings interdisciplinary expertise to the classroom while designing engaging, hands-on learning experiences that connect real-world science to students’ lives.

Pineda has extensive experience working with diverse learners, including students with disabilities and those from underrepresented communities. He integrates Indigenous perspectives—particularly Apache culture—into STEM instruction to make learning meaningful, relevant, and empowering. His work emphasizes improving students’ literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through research-based strategies and innovative curriculum design.

In addition to teaching, Pineda actively leads STEM outreach initiatives, mentors students in research and robotics, and collaborates with community organizations to expand access to high-quality STEM opportunities. His mission is to inspire the next generation of learners to become confident thinkers, creators, and leaders in their communities.
