Alex Rozier

Alex Rozier, from New York City, is a data and environment reporter for Mississippi Today.

His work has appeared in the Boston Globe, OpenSecrets, and on NBC.com. In 2019, Rozier was awarded a grant from the Pulitzer Center’s Connected Coastlines initiative, which supported his coverage on the impact of climate change on Mississippi fisheries. 

Rozier has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University. He began his career as an intern at Mississippi Today in July 2017. He became a full-time reporter four months later.
