The wind is breezy caressing gently under the shady tree in front of the Asri Clinic. That morning, a number of patients came to the clinic at the foot of the hill in the Gunung Palung National Park area. One by one the patient entered the room to be examined. Newly arrived patients waited in line in the sizable open hall. The rows of chairs were spaced over one meter apart.

At a glance, there is nothing special about the clinic in Sukadana, North Kayong. The appearance of buildings, for example, is not much different from health services in general. However, after a closer inspection, this clinic has its own uniqueness. "This clinic is different from other clinics," said Jono Karno, 40, one of the patients at the Asri Clinic.
