This workshop is geared towards journalists in Africa, North America, South America, and Europe time zones.

This track of the AI Spotlight Series, co-organized with Africa Check and Code for Africa, is designed for reporters interested in getting started but with minimal or no knowledge of AI. We will dissect what makes a good AI accountability story, from quick turnaround stories to more ambitious investigations, as well as digging deeper into a few examples.

The virtual training, co-organized with Africa Check and Code for Africa, will be held in English and French and timed for journalists in the Africa, North America, South America, and Europe time zones.
