The war in Syria is nearing it's fifth year. Millions have been displaced. Many Syrians who have fled the country have found their way to Europe. In a special multimedia feature for NPR, Joanna Kakissis and Holly Pickett report from Greece, Sweden, Germany and Russia, and document four families as they rebuild their lives.
