A three-day workshop in April 2024 hosted by Southern Illinois University Carbondale. The workshop focused on documenting the lives and stories of people in the Southern Illinois communities of Alto Pass and Cobden. It was supported by professor and Pulitzer Center grantee Julia Rendleman and Pulitzer Center grantee Justin Cook.
