Vivian Hoang
W&M REPORTING FELLOW
Vivian Hoang is a senior at William & Mary, majoring in history and a self-designed major in journalism and digital media.
Her mission as a journalist is to give a voice to the voiceless and provide a platform for marginalized people to share their authentic lived experiences. She has worked on many student-run publications, including W&M’s student newspaper,The Flat Hat.
Hoang spent last summer interning at a local news organization in Northern Virginia, where she is from, and she plans to continue reporting on stories related to race, power, community, and displacement.
