Rita Venant
REPORTING FELLOW
Rita Venant is a recent graduate of Wake Forest University, where she studied communication and journalism. While at Wake Forest, she was involved in promoting the internationalization of the campus by working in the International Students and Scholars Office, serving on the student advisory board of Global Connections, and enrolling in travel courses where she immersed herself in different cultures. Additionally, she used her experiences in her role as a resident advisor to create programs about diversity and inclusion. She enjoys oral storytelling and traveling.
