Marian Ansah

Marian Ansah is a multimedia journalist with Ghana’s top ranked media house in Ghana: Citi FM/Citi TV. Since joining Citi FM in 2013, she has written articles aimed at promoting gender equality and tackling corruption in Ghana.
In 2018, Germany-based media house, Deutsche Welle selected Ansah to be a participant in a workshop on Multimedia Journalism. She was recently selected by the Thomas Reuters Foundation to participate in a training fellowship on illicit financial flows.
Over the years, Ansah has written articles aimed at promoting social change. In 2020, her article detailing the abuse of victims of witchcraft accusations led to the arrest of a witch doctor who subsequently received a four-year jail sentence.
