Maria Fernanda Cisneros graduated from Universidad Latina and has a degree in journalism with an emphasis on production. She worked in various media until she joined El Financiero in mid-2014. She works as a journalist for the Finance section.
She covers macroeconomic, monetary, fiscal, and exchange policy issues, along with insurance, pensions, the stock market, and banking, as well as the supervision of all these sectors.
In 2017, she was recognized as the best EF editor. She also has been trained in the stock market.
