Mandy Locke

Mandy Locke is an independent investigative reporter based in North Carolina. As a reporter for The News & Observer in Raleigh, Locke exposed law enforcement abuses and labor violations. Her work has been recognized nationally.
Locke is also a journalism instructor at Wake Forest University.
