Laura Philion

Laura Philion is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College who spent two summers writing for The Chautauqua Daily at the Chautauqua Institution in New York. They come to WHRO directly from a post-grad internship at Alaska Public Media, the NPR station in Anchorage, Alaska. There, she covered a range of topics including environmental concerns, people experiencing homelessness, and disabled citizens’ struggles for equity and accessibility.
