Journalist Katy Fallon splits her time between Athens and London, covering migration and human rights abuses at Europe’s borders.
She has reported from Greece, Bosnia, and northern France for The Guardian, Al Jazeera English, and BBC Radio.
She has won the Daphne Caruana Galizia Journalism Prize (2023) and the IJ4EU Impact Award (2024). Fallon was also a runner-up for the European Press Prize (2024, Migration category).
