José Arcia

José Arcia is a journalist with 17 years of experience. He began his journalistic career at the newspaper La Prensa, in which he specialized in environmental, urban, and Indigenous issues.
He is an occasional correspondent for the French news agency AFP and has collaborated for the Al Jazeera network. He currently works at the newspaper La Estrella de Panamá, where he works on social and political issues. He is co-founder of the journalist collective Concolón, which specializes in publishing chronicles focused on human rights.
