Hernán P. Floríndez

Hernán P. Floríndez is a journalist for the magazine Hildebrandt en sus Trece. His work on political and corporate corruption has been published in national and foreign media outlets.
Between 2016 and 2020, Floríndez worked at IDL-Reporteros and contributed to the investigations of the Panama Papers, Lava Jato, CNM Audios, and the under-registration of COVID-19-related deaths.
These works were recognized with the National Journalism Award in 2018 and in 2020, the Global Shining Light Award in 2019, and was awarded second place at the Colpin Awards in 2018. Floríndez is part of the Connectas Hub and the LATAM Network of Young Journalists of Distintas Latitudes.
