Graham Owens
REPORTING FELLOW
Graham Owens is an undergraduate from Boston studying international relations at the University of Pennsylvania. He has a strong interest in foreign policy and plans to attend law school. As an SNF Paideia fellow, he is developing a capstone project that will involve intensive academic research and international travel. A passionate writer, Owens also serves on the editorial boards of two journals, works as a research assistant in Penn’s Department of Political Science, and has published several of his own pieces.
Outside the classroom, Graham is a dedicated rock climber with over a decade of experience. He previously competed internationally as a member of the U.S. Youth National Team. When given a break from training or studying, Graham enjoys spending time in nature, catching up with friends, and exploring Boston or Philadelphia by bike.
