Bryce Covert

Bryce Covert is an independent journalist who writes about the economy. She is a contributing writer at The Nation, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Atlantic, TIME magazine, Wired, The New Republic, and others.
She was a reporter in residence at the Omidyar Network in 2023, and was awarded a 2016 Exceptional Merit in Media Award from the National Women’s Political Caucus and the John Swett Merit Certificate from the California Teachers Association in 2019 and 2022.
