Adaugo Onyebuchi is a consultant and project manager passionate about social change and sustainable development to empower citizens and address societal gaps. Over the past nine years, she has worked across the environmental, health, agriculture, gender, and civic technology sectors, and with public and private sector actors, civil societies, and consultants to champion diverse developmental issues in Africa. She currently leads Code for Africa's projects in West Africa, working with the team to transform the use of data for improved journalism, unlock civic governance, and digital technology. Adaugo also leads social change projects in her locality, empowering girls and youth with access to quality education. She emerged as a finalist of McKinsey's Next Generation Women Leader Award.
