Zaya Delgerjargal, a 2024 Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow, will screen her documentary Herders at the Edge and discuss her experience as a Fellow.

The event at Yale University, on January 20, 2026, will also serve as an information session for students interested in applying for the 2026 Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow cohort.

Herders at the Edge is an award-winning documentary that explores how the effects of climate change are slowly unraveling Mongolia’s herding tradition through the lens of the Naadam summer festival horse race.

Delgerjargal is a producer at Mongolia's TenGer TV, where she covers climate change. She’s a candidate for a master's degree in environmental management at Yale, where she’s specializing in climate change science and solutions.
