Jonathan Custodio, a 2018 Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow, will visit Forsyth Tech Community College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Thursday, April 23, 2026. 

He will have lunch with a group of journalism students and present a talk to students, staff, and faculty on his career and reporting projects.

Custodio was the 2018 Reporting Fellow from LaGuardia Community College in New York state. His Pulitzer Center-supported project took him to Veracruz, Mexico, where he reported on Afro-Mexican identity in the country.

Custodio is an inaugural Ida B. Wells Society Investigative Reporting Fellow and is a former Bronx and City University of New York reporter at THE CITY.
