Today, best-selling author and TV broadcaster Laura Flanders hosts her own nationally syndicated TV show. But in the early 1980s, Flanders, who grew up in London, England, was a 22-year old concerned that the story she was getting on what the British called "The Troubles" was superficial and skewed.
