This month, HOW Design Ideas at Work magazine is featuring LiveHopeLove.com in its 2009 International Design Annual.

HOW, one of the top three publications covering the design business, awarded the website with its highest "Outstanding" rating. Based on poet Kwame Dawes' reporting project, "Hope: Living and loving with HIV in Jamaica", LiveHopeLove.com also received an honorable mention in the annual Knight-Batten Awards for Innovations in Journalism last August.

The designer, bluecadet interactive, integrated audio and text versions of Dawes' poems, Foreign Exchange videos, interviews, music, and photography by Joshua Cogan into a seamless and visually engaging site.

One of the HOW magazine jurors observed how well the site complimented the material: "It melts into the content. The story, poetry, music and navigation blend together in a dream-like fashion."
