Justin Atemi was a former camp supervisor for the Kenya Red Cross. He oversaw three different camps in the Eldoret area, included what was the largest single IDP camp in Kenya. Here, he talks about the problems with government-promised compensation. The Kenya government pledged financial support to Kenyan IDPs, but -- as Atemi points out -- there are many flaws in the system.
