Journalist Tracey Eaton was on the Miami news radio show Actualidad 1020 AM to discuss a U.S.-financed text-messaging campaign for Cuba. Cuban officials call it spam, but Eaton said Cubans would have to subscribe to receive the text messages and that these texts could be useful in a country where obtaining news and information is often a challenge.
