The documentary Gusanos, hormigas, casabe y tucupí (Worms, ants, cassava and tucupí) tells the story of an Indigenous woman, Eufracia Kuyuedo, and her daughter, Anitalia Pijachi, who received the National Award for Traditional Cuisines of Colombia in 2017. Since then, they have been leading in the Colombian Amazon a vindication of their culture through gastronomy. The documentary illustrates the importance of sustainable agri-food systems as a practice to curb climate change and eradicate hunger in the world.
