Richard Hittinger

Richard Hittinger is chairman of The Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association (RISAA)'s Legislative and Artificial Reefs committees.
He also serves on the Political Action Committee and the Youth Fishing Camp Committee. Hittinger represents RISAA in several state fisheries and environmental groups.
