Maya Reid

Maya Reid completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is passionate about ensuring access to high-quality healthcare for vulnerable populations and has worked in the international humanitarian field over the past six years, including for four years at Doctors Without Borders. She holds a BA in International Development Studies from McGill University where she had the opportunity to conduct various research projects at the intersection of health and education in Canada, China, and India. Her reporting hopes to shed light on the experiences of people living with chronic, non-communicable diseases.
