Josh Voorhees

Josh Voorhees is an environmental journalist and MPH student focused on food systems and climate change at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Currently, he's a correspondent for Modern Farmer, where he writes about food and farm politics and policy. Previously, he was a senior writer at Slate, where he covered U.S. politics with a focus on campaigns and elections, a policy reporter at Politico, where he wrote the Morning Energy newsletter, and a staff writer at E&E News, where he reported on everything from the auto bailout to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. His work has also appeared in The New York Times and Scientific American, among other U.S. and international outlets.
