Gervais Ludovic Itsoua Madzous

Gervais Ludovic Itsoua Madzous is the coordinator of the Economic Community of Central African States' Regional Hub for Climate Action Transparency and vice-chairman of Working Group III, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
He has over 25 years of experience in forestry, climate, and green finance. He is a former negotiator at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and a member of the Roster of Experts, contributing to the assessment of REDD+ technical annexes and forest reference levels.
