Gabriela Oliván

Gabriela Oliván is an Argentine communications strategist, network builder, and women’s leadership advocate focused on sustainability, social impact, and inclusive development across Latin America.
As part of this project, Oliván contributes strategic communications and regional engagement through WINN, a network of women communicators and leaders promoting solutions-oriented storytelling and collaboration. WINN is also part of Redes Chaco, a multi-stakeholder network advancing sustainable development and environmental resilience in the Gran Chaco region.
Oliván is an Eisenhower Fellowships fellow and a scholar of the London School of Economics and Political Science W50 Program, a global initiative connecting women leaders driving social and economic transformation worldwide.
