Goldberg was a finalist for the Livingston Award in 2025. She was recognized with awards from the Religion News Association and the Newswomen’s Club of New York.
Goldberg has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale University and a master’s in gender studies from the University of Cambridge. She is the author of Life on the Line: Young Doctors Come of Age in a Pandemic.
